The concept of our Website Design Business grew out of our desire to get valued and accurate information of an ISO 9000 grade out to the public. We were first asked by the local Boy Scout District to serve as its webmaster. It was important to them that we publish a set of procedures to cover their operations, that we monitor the processes to ensure their effectiveness, that the most current and adequate records were kept in one place, that we were regularly reviewing processes and maintaining a quality system, while facilitating continual improvement. This was something we proudly did for them for many years.

After many years of continuing education we received a degree in Website Design and a classmate suggested that we might consider this as a business. One of our many loves is traveling and enjoying the beauty of the Eastern Sierra sometimes referred to as the Morning Side. In the summer of 2002 during one of our many getaways we chose the name Sierra Morning Website Design as the name for our new business. Soon after we applied for a business license and started marketing our company to small businesses and community and religious organizations. We proudly serve the Sierras, Central Valley and Northern California.
